Insurance Accepted
Most major insurance plans accepted, be sure to call our office, or call your insurance to check if Dr. Sodoma is in-network with your insurance plan. Call your insurance carrier at their general line and give them the specific name of your plan and Dr. Sodoma's TAX ID number. Please get this information at our front desk.
